Do I need a credit card?

No. We do not ask for a card to begin a trial. We only ask once you have decided on a plan.
When will I receive the trial link?

Usually during working hours on the same working day or the next. If your address is a corporate one, delivery can be slower — if it has not arrived within a working day, message us.
Do I lose my data if I do not subscribe?

If you do not subscribe, nothing happens. Your data remains yours and is handed over to you in clear formats. For trial purposes you can also use sample data if you prefer to keep your real records out of it entirely.
