Why is there no price on the website?

Because cost depends on the size of your center, its number of users and its branches. One price on the website would either overcharge a small center or undercharge a large one. So we start with a free trial and a demo, then give you an offer that fits your center specifically, with no hidden fees.
Is the free trial genuinely full?

Yes. The trial is free and needs no credit card, and it lets you exercise the real modules you need in order to assess Athar against the way you work. We do not restrict it to a very short window; we would rather you leave with a clear judgement than with a truncated test.
How do I pay?

Once we agree the offer, you can choose monthly or annual billing, with several methods available: bank transfer or card. We settle the most suitable option in the offer, so there are no surprises in how you pay.
Can I change plans later?

Yes. If your center grows or your priorities shift, we update your offer to match the new size. We will not hold you to a capacity that no longer fits.
Are there setup or training fees?

Basic setup and team training are included in the offer. Any exceptional cost — a custom integration or private hosting, for example — is stated explicitly before you sign, and never appears afterwards.
What if I decide not to continue?

We expect that can happen for a good reason. In that case your data is yours and is handed over to you in full, in clear formats. We do not hold your center’s data to keep you.
