What is inside the file

• المستفيدون

  الملف الأساسي لكل مستفيد: الكود، والاسم، والتخصص، والأخصائي المسؤول، والهدف العام.

How to start with it in four steps

1. 1. Replace the sample data

   The names inside the file are fictional placeholders. Delete the rows you do not need and add your own beneficiaries and specialists.

2. 2. Keep the last row

   The final row in each sheet holds the formulas (totals, rates, arrears). Do not delete it, or every calculation disappears with it.

3. 3. Extend by copying, not by retyping

   Drag a whole row to extend the range and the formulas update for every new row.

4. 4. Save a copy under your center name

   Keep a copy under your center name before you start typing, so the original stays a clean template for another center.
